Conference about information on food security “Ham: culture at the palate”

Last Wednesday, March 28 , it took place at the Centre Social Sant Vicent in Oliva the Conference about information on Food Security under the slogan “Ham: culture at the palate”.

It was organized by the Federación Empresarial de Agroalimentación de la Comunidad Valenciana, FEDACOVA, (Business Federation of agro-food in the Comunidad Valenciana), and counted on the collaboration of the Asociación Provincial de Amas de Casa y Consumidores Tyrius (Provincial Association of Housewives and Consumers Tyrius) and the Conselleria de Sanitat, Agricultura y Alimentación de la Generalitat Valenciana (Health, Agriculture and Food City Council of the Generalitat Valenciana).

As special guest was invited Vicente Moreno, Manager of the Valencian company Jamones Moreno, informing and showing by means of a video, how do they introduce Food Security measures during the process of elaboration of cured ham in order to achieve a healthy and high-quality product for the consumer.
