Vietnam is the 4th country in pork production in the world and its market is still developing because of an increasing middle class with purchasing power. However, despite that the consumption of pork meat is very extended, serrano ham is still a new product for them.
For this reason, Food & Hotel Vietnam gave us the opportunity to show our ham as a product with a great potential in other markets.
